SI Shines at SPTE 2025, Showcasing Unique Tourism Offerings on Pacific Stage
Solomon Islands has made a resounding impression at the South Pacific Tourism Exchange (SPTE) 2025, proudly promoting its rich culture, breathtaking landscapes, and unique tourism experiences to the world during the Pacific’s premier travel trade event.
Held on May 9–10 in Nadi, Fiji, SPTE 2025 brought together 79 regional sellers and 65 international buyers, offering a strategic platform for tourism businesses and stakeholders across the Pacific to engage, collaborate, and promote their destinations.
The Solomon Islands delegation, comprising Tourism Solomons, Solomon Airlines, local tour operators, and government officials, used the opportunity to position the country as a must-visit destination for authentic and sustainable travel.
Under the theme “Unity in Diversity: Exploring the Pacific’s Hidden Gem,” perfectly reflected the Solomon Islands’ appeal as a culturally rich and naturally diverse destination.
From pristine beaches and untouched rainforests to centuries-old traditions and vibrant communities, the country offered a compelling narrative to buyers looking for authentic, less-commercialized travel experiences.
