In his introduction, Dennis Marita, Director of
the Cultural Division, expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the Wesley United
Church youth for their participation in the celebrations. He also extended his
special acknowledgment to various cultural groups representing the nine
provinces, praising their exceptional performances that beautifully represented
the Solomon Islands' national flag and cultural diversity.
