Australia Supports Tourism Sector Through Hospitality Training for Staff at Honiara Hotel
In its latest effort to boost Solomon Islands’ tourism and hospitality sector, Australia recently delivered an accredited Customer Care – Hospitality short course to 23 employees of Honiara Hotel. The program, delivered by the Australian Pacific Training Coalition (APTC), is designed to upskill employees, with the goal of enhancing guest satisfaction through improved service delivery. The short course includes hands-on instruction and guidance in customer engagement, hospitality etiquette, and service excellence, which are aligned with best practices in the hospitality industry.
